I provide trauma-informed and neurodiverse affirming therapy for adults navigating the impacts of childhood experiences, grief and loss or recent trauma that may present as anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder, difficulties with emotional regulation, difficulties with life transitions and stress. I have a special interest in perinatal mental health, including adjustment to parenting and birth trauma. I am able to provide clinical supervision to mental health practitioners.

My approach blends clinical expertise with authentic, attuned connection, creating a safe space where you can explore your experiences, gain clarity, and begin to heal. I see clients from 15 years and am registered through the AASW. Medicare and private health rebates are available for services.

I am trained in a number of modalities, including:- Eye Movement and Desensitisation Therapy (EMDR - level one and two)
- Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS level one)
- Dialectical Behavioural therapy (DBT)
- Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Level one)
- Polyvagal and neurobiological interventions
- Schema Therapy
- Circle of Security (Trained facilitator)
My focus is on helping clients understand their concerns, patterns of behaviour, and develop practical strategies for growth and resilience. My goal is to support you in making meaningful progress, while feeling heard, safe, and empowered every step of the way. I aim to work collaboratively with you to understand and treat your concerns, with clear treatment goals and outcomes.

Experience

I have over a decade of experience working with complex mental health difficulties and providing clinical supervision in both private and public mental health settings, including;
- YouthLink, a specialist mental health service for youth and young adults experiencing complex trauma and marginalisation;
- Child Development Services, providing parenting support and adjustment to change;
- Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital
- headspace and headspace school support (supporting schools following a suicide)
-Manna Wellness (private practitioner)

Rates

$220 per 50 minute session.You do not need a referral to access therapeutic services. A referral from a General Practitioner or Psychiatrist, however, may be eligible for a rebate for up to 10 consults per calendar year. Refer to the medicare website for up to date information.Private health rebates may be available to you, consult your provider.
